We raise around 20 acres of vegetables, with 5 acres set aside for strawberries. We are not chemical-free or completely reliant on chemicals, but strive to use the practice that has the least amount of unnatural interference while still producing a high-quality product. Soil fertility and management are a high priority, along with the use of green manure, cover crops, and land rotation.
