We are Kevin and Becca Eickstedt. Owners and Operators of Eickstedt Produce LLC. A small dedicated family farm committed to hard work, integrity, and honesty.

The story of Eickstedt Produce began when Kevin was 8 years old. His father and grandmother attended the Delafield Farmers Market, selling honey and raspberries, while his aunt sold vegetables and plants. That piqued his interest in the business at a young age. He started small, growing vegetables on 1/2 acre with a Simplicity VC walking tractor and selling them at the market on Saturdays with his grandma. While attending High school, he worked for his neighbor at Bublitz Produce during the growing season, while still raising his own vegetables and attending Delafield market. When Bublitz Produce went out of business, Kevin bought a good portion of equipment and he started Eickstedt Produce in 2015. He started attending the West Bend Farmers Market in 2015 along with starting a little roadside stand at the end of his parent’s driveway.

In 2015, Kevin met Becca at church, and they got married in 2018. As of today, they have 4 children ranging in age from 1 to 6.

The business grew slowly at first, until Kevin decided he could make a living by doing farming full-time in 2021. He quit his full-time job supporting his wife and one child, expecting #2, to take the leap of faith and go for it.

Kevin and Becca bought a run-down house and neglected property in 2021 at the corner of Hwy 60 and Hwy G. After clearing the 8 acres of old orchard and buckthorn, they made it suitable for farming again. In 2024, Kevin and Becca started a pick-your-own strawberry operation. Starting in the spring of 2025, they added a large flock of laying hens, raised meat chickens, and Berkshire pigs. Then they decided to build a new farm store on their property, which was completed in the fall of 2025. Their journey has been filled with many setbacks and struggles, but they have had many successes along the way, too.
They are excited for what lies ahead in 2026.
